Lascar has launched its new Wireless Alert TP temperature sensor, a subtle, battery-powered, affordable device with no on-going costs that sends a warning email via the user’s wireless internet when user-defined limits are reached.
The sensor is simple to use, download the free Wireless Alert mobile app (available on Google Play and on the App Store) enter your email, configure your temperature limits and it’s ready to go! When the device detects that the set limits have been breached, an alert will be sent straight to your inbox and an LED light will flash on the device.
The device can also send out daily, weekly or monthly (user-selectable) scheduled summary reports, detailing minimum, maximum and average temperatures, as well as battery level, the number of notifications sent, and the total time spent in alert mode.
With the alert, temperature issues can be rectified quickly and efficiently to avoid damage to temperature-sensitive material.
